By Colleen Hoover

So I’m still hungover from finishing this novel this afternoon… I was sobbing so hard that I had to stop reading to catch my breath and to let the tears on the pages to dry. Colleen Hoover is an amazing writer, I read the first part of this book in three days because I was so hooked. This novel is the ultimate romance novel, I need more, I need to see what will be happening next for the characters… I feel like the characters are apart of me and I have learned so much from Lily. I feel like I am a stronger woman because I had the opportunity of being able to share the experience that Lily fought for.

Sometimes the one who loves you is the one who hurts the most.
“Lily hasn’t always had it easy, but that’s never stopped her from working hard for the life she wants. She’s come a long way from the small town in Maine where she grew up- she graduated from college, moved to Boston, and started her own business. So when she feels a spark with a gorgeous neurosurgeon named Ryle Kincaid, everything in Lily’s life suddenly seems almost too good to be true.
Ryle is assertive, stubborn, maybe even a little arrogant. He’s also sensitive, brilliant, and has a total soft spot for Lily , but Ryle’s complete aversion to relationships is disturbing.
As questions about her new relationship overwhelm her, so do thoughts of Atlas Corrigan – her first love and a link to the past she left behind. He was her kindred spirit, her protector. When Atlas suddenly reappears, everything Lily has built with Ryle is threatened.”
This novel was an easy 5 out of 5 stars in terms of rating. I loved this story so much, that I didn’t want it to end. Lily is an amazing complex character that you so badly want to see happy. This novel had the perfect ending, like it was so good and you have that rare feeling after you finished where you feel like your soul has been ripped from you and your gasping for air.
I can’t wait to read the other novels that Colleen Hoover has written.
I hope that every romance fan is able to read this story and fall in love with it as much as I did.

I think this might be one of the most talked about and recommended CoHo books! All my book friends recommend it when I ask about romances and I don’t know why I haven’t read it yet lol I think I’m scared for all the emotions it’s going to make me feel 😂 Great review. Glad to see you enjoyed it so much!
